One assistant walked in on him going down on a lady that was most definitely not his wife at the time (and of course fathered a son with one of the help), and Arnie simply shrugged it off saying - “Eating isn’t cheating”. A shame as, when he’s not touching up the womenfolk, he has been known to help people out when in trouble. When filming Total Recall, he found out Michael Ironside’s sister was being treated for cancer, and he offered her advice on dietary and exercise that can help her out.

Lucille Ball - the charm ended when the cameras were off. Was rude to anyone not famous like her. On a flight, she ignored a flight attendant, one of her minions stating that Lucille doesn’t talk to the help.
Katherine Heigl - openly berates co-stars and everything she works on, to the point of refusing an Emmy. Demanded 3 million bucks for a role that required merely a glorified cameo from her.
Jared Leto - mistakes method acting with being an obnoxious dickhead. Rude to fans.

Reese Witherspoon - the sweet girl image she usually has is bullsh-t. She’s an entitled spoiled brat, one who tried the “Do you know who I am?” routine when her husband was stopped by cops weaving in and out of lanes like a c-nt. Wears sunglasses so no-one makes eye contact with her.
Tom Cruise - there’s a good reason Katie Holmes ditched him, he was very controlling to a creepily excessive degree. The Scientology sh-t also tends to crop up on-set, attempts to proselytize do not go down well. During filming the second Top Gun, he told naval personnel not to talk to or look at him.
Oprah Winfrey - while not without episodes of bad behaviour, she has shown a decent side to her, once giving away cars to an audience, and when on holiday, gave her workers a bonus to compensate for still working.
